Probably one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in years! 5 star food, drinks, ambiance, and service. We had a large group and were very well taken care of, with some nice little surprises from the staff for our celebration! Every bite was flavorful; every sip was smooth; everything (and I mean everything) was delicious and the presentation was beautiful! This is absolutely our new go-to spot for every occasion, and I could not recommend it more. I’d give 100 stars if I could!

Came here for the first time. From being greeted to the service was great! The atmosphere was so nice. Thursday is their pasta specials. The meal was delicious. Had a non alcoholic tequila drink also. Great presentation. Would highly recommend this place.

Ember & Alma is a necessary visit if you have friends/family visiting from out of town. Upscale Brazilian food with a creative twist, lots of dishes that will surprise you with flavor combinations you haven’t tried before. Bananas bravas and/or tapioca cubes are a great way to start. The grilled octopus is very addictive. The skewers here are all great. My two favorites are the shrimp skewer and the pineapple skewer. For entrees I can’t get enough of the Feijoada Risotto - I could eat it over and over again as someone who loves pork. The Moqueca Stew here is insane, I can’t imagine someone not liking it. Two 10/10 experiences back to back and I’ll surely return in the future.

Absolutely loved my experience. The drinks were incredible and the short rib was a massive serving for a reasonable price. I will definitely be returning to try out some more of the drinks! I had the lowkey Smokey and the pillow talk and would highly recommend both. 10/10 dining experience!

Went last night for an early valentines day dinner and the experience was amazing. The owner lui checked in on us multiple times and made sure that we felt at home & even told us about the restaurant’s journey! We have been here multiple times and the staff’s care always blows us away. The food was also so delicious. This time, we had plaintains, burrata, grilled octopus, and some of their skewers. All soso good. Their cocktail list is also incredibly well thought out w super unique drinks. We got the marlboro sour & pisco disco both so good! Experience is so worth it every time.

Came here for Valentine’s Day and had a wonderful experience. They had a specials menu for Valentine’s Day but prices are not any different than on the regular menu. Food is great, service is professional and wonderful, drinks are great (get the Dictator for the smoky experience!), and atmosphere is very nice!

We had dinner at Ember & Alma in Marlboro tonight & were absolutely blown away. This restaurant specializes in Brazilian fusion, elevating traditional dishes alongside incredibly creative cocktails. We started with the grilled octopus atop yucca mille-feuille, which was a fantastic opening. I ordered the feijoada risotto, packed with deeply flavorful pork & topped with perfectly crispy collard greens. He went with the grilled mixed BBQ, which truly had a little of everything—we added chicken hearts, plus yucca fries, tropeiro beans, & potato salad. Every bite, from start to finish, was spot-on. Huge kudos to Marcelo & Iago behind the bar, who took excellent care of us all night. & of course, we couldn’t leave without getting the grilled pineapple to go! We can’t wait to return.

Had an amazing date night here! The drinks were amazing— it took slightly longer than anticipated for them to arrive to our table, but I think that’s due to how diverse & intricate their cocktail menu is, which I can’t complain about! The food was amazing and it was really fun to try Brazilian food (which I’m not as familiar with) done in such a skilled way. All of the staff was so friendly and clearly proud of the food and atmosphere of the restaurant. We can’t wait to come back!

Walk in without expectations and walk out feeling satisfied. That was my experience at Ember & Alma. I’ve been following Luiz on instagram for a while before I even knew that this restaurant/cocktail bar was his operation. Been here twice and my experience has been solid both times. The food is great, special shout out to their pao de queijo and bananas bravas. Onto their drinks, every cocktail was delicious; You wouldn’t go wrong with ordering a caipirinha or trouble in paradise. Service can be a tad bit slower when it’s crowded but that’s not unusual at any restaurant so no complaints there. If you’re hungry it makes sense to put in all your orders upfront. Pricing is great! I think that’s a big factor to consider too for the quality that you get. The same cocktail in the Boston area would be upwards of $25. Overall, I’d definitely recommend paying a visit.
